Choosing what works for you

Our minds can over-analyse 'what is the right decision?' we can guess, but you never know until you leave the comfort zone and try new experiences to decide if they are useful or not.

All of the sessions I offer are aimed at improving health and life satisfaction so there is no 'wrong' decision if this is your goal.

Approach a decision with an open mind and ask yourself a few questions:

Do I enjoy having an individual experience in a group situation and moving my body?   Try Yoga

Do I want to experience self care through touch and relaxation?   Try Massage

Am I curious to understand wellbeing for myself and others?   explore Wellness Workshops
