Weekly Classes

 

Monday Evenings at Gwernaffield Church Hall

6.00 - 7.30pm Ashtanga £7

No previous experience of yoga required, this class is challenging, friendly, fun and for those with a good level of fitness.

Expect to learn yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility. Practise breathing techniques and meditation to improve mindset and relax.

4.30 - 5.30pm Chair Yoga £6

For those who choose to do yoga with the support of a chair, you will not be asked to lie on the floor.

Expect an enjoyable, relaxed session. Improve breathing. Gently stretch and strengthen the body.

Thursday Morning at Cilcain Village Hall

9.15 - 10.45pm Ashtanga £10

No previous experience of yoga required, this class is challenging, friendly, fun and for those with a good level of fitness.

Expect to learn yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility. Practise breathing techniques and meditation to improve mindset and relax.

These sessions start from the very basics, Understand how to breathe properly, develop lung capacity and posture to improve overall health.

We all need a some stress in our lives to motivate us to get things done, however, if we have too much it can feel  overwhelming and led to health problems such as anxiety, worry and physical illness.

This course is for adults and teens looking to understand more about the causes and effects of stress and learn how to keep it at a useful level.
